01.Who we are
Vowscent is operated by Yang Yaohui, an individual seller, reachable at vowscent@163.com. By creating an order, uploading photos or paying for a collection you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
02.Eligibility and consent
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Every person shown in a submitted photo must be an adult who has agreed to those photos being used for this purpose. You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to use them. Do not upload photos of minors, of anyone who has not agreed, or of people you do not personally know.
03.What you buy
Classic is a one-time purchase of four AI portraits in a single style for 9.90 US dollars. Signature is a one-time purchase of twelve AI portraits across up to three styles for 19.90 US dollars, distributed evenly across the styles you choose. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes; the checkout total is USD 9.90 or USD 19.90 for the selected package. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Each order is bound to one photo mode: a single couple photo, or two individual photos.
04.How an order works
You choose a package and styles, upload the required photos, confirm consent and pay on our payment provider’s hosted checkout. Generation begins only after the provider confirms settlement; a browser redirect back to our site is not proof of payment. We email the order reference and a private gallery link when the collection is ready.
Keep your order reference and private links confidential. Anyone holding both your order reference and your checkout email can reopen your gallery. Download your files before the gallery expires — access is time-limited and is revoked after deletion, refund or expiry.
05.Your rights and ours
You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit to our image provider and deliver those photos for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not use them for training, marketing or public display.
The portraits generated for you are yours to use personally, including printing and sharing. You may not resell them as stock imagery or present them as photographs of a real event. We keep the order record needed for accounting and dispute handling.
06.Acceptable use
Do not use Vowscent to create sexual, nude or suggestive imagery; images of minors; content that humiliates, defames or impersonates a real person; images of public figures presented as authentic; or anything unlawful, deceptive or intended to harass. Do not bypass payment, probe or overload our systems, scrape the service or resell access. We may refuse, cancel or delete an order that breaks these rules, and no refund is due in that case.
07.AI limitations
Generated portraits are synthetic. They are not photographs, they are not a likeness guarantee, and they should never be treated as evidence that something happened. Results vary with the input photos, the chosen style and the image provider’s model. We do not guarantee a specific number of attempts, a completion time, or that every frame will be usable on the first pass. Where a result is objectively unusable we regenerate or refund, as described in the Refund Policy.
08.Availability and changes
We may change packages, styles, prices or features. A change never alters an order you have already paid for: its price, portrait count and style allocation stay exactly as recorded at purchase. We may suspend the service for maintenance or for legal and security reasons. If we discontinue the service before your order is delivered, we refund it in full.
09.Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or loss of profit, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your device or connection, or by a third-party provider’s outage beyond our reasonable control.
10.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Before any formal step, write to vowscent@163.com — almost every problem is resolved in a single reply.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the revision date at the top applies from publication, and the version in force when you placed an order governs that order. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect. Vowscent is operated by Yang Yaohui — vowscent@163.com, wedding.vowscent.com.
