Before we begin.
What photos should we upload?+
Upload one clear photo showing both of you, or two separate photos with one person in each. Face the camera in natural light, without sunglasses or face filters. The first photo is required. If it shows one person, a second photo is required.
Will the portraits look exactly like us?+
The AI uses your uploaded photo or photos as identity references, but resemblance and anatomy can vary. These are imagined portraits, not professional photography. Start with clear photos and review the results before printing.
What will we receive?+
Choose Classic for four portraits in one style, or Signature for twelve portraits in up to three styles. Both target 2K image generation. Files are delivered in a private gallery and retained for 30 days. No subscription.
How can I find my order again?+
Save the order number shown on your order page. Choose Find my order and enter that number with your checkout email to return on any device. You can also request a private link by email.
Are our photos private?+
Photos are stored privately and sent to our image processing provider to create your collection. We do not publish your uploads or use them to train our own models. You can delete them from your gallery. See our privacy policy for details.
What happens if generation fails?+
If we cannot deliver all purchased portraits, the order is flagged for manual refund review. Contact support using your order number. Refunds are handled through the payment provider; mandatory consumer rights apply.
